wow, and i wouldn’t touch any of those shows with a hundred foot pole. mighty boosh, people will watch any half hour hunk of shit on tv nowadays. i tried to sit through the holy grail once, i think i made it fifteen minutes in and then snapped the rental disk in two. yeah, i had to pay for it but it was worth it to rid the store of that nonsense. apparently they thought so too because they have yet to get a new one after 3 years or so. thumbs down for you and your taste in television.

This was all just part of a satirical show poking fun at the fact that BBC2 couldn’t replace the Simpsons successfully when they lost it to Channel 4!
It isn’t their best sketch, but mostly only us Brits will get them as aside from Bush, they only refer to things/people we know about.
I used to love The Simpsons but the last few years have been so poor I’ve stopped watching. The characterisation is inconsistent nowadays.

It was actually due to the Tennis because once it said that there would be a double bill of it but waht happened there was only one so now it had to be on Channle 4 where we would see it with out the tennis.
